Hey Roni,
Great to have people like you still dishing out such good music. I left the UK 5 yrs ago and there is a dearth of good quality soul/reggae music radio down under (no flames please that's just my personal view). BUT...I have been rescued by the internet and it's good to know that you and others haven't let me down.
Keep up the good work it's a pleasure listening to someone who is obviously passionate about her music.

On Mondays on Solar from ten to midnight,
A smooth grooves show that?s sure to delight
It?s Insatiable Soul?and we can?t get enough
Of all those new vibes and classic old stuff.
Roni plays the music and speaks in tender tones
While Nick makes the coffee while manning the phones
And who rings up first, it?s that chap in Brazil
But his name is Vincent ? not Gilberto Gil!
Some tune in Down Under where it?s sunny and light
While in the UK it?s a cold winter night
But we Brits are warmed by the rhythms we hear
And the shout outs we get, that bring us such cheer
Our hosts travel far to appear live on air
We take it for granted they?ll always be there
So I send you this rhyme to simply say cheers
For refreshing our feet and exciting our ears
And then every Friday, there?s a gig to admire
As Romford comes alive to Soul@theSquire
Full of friendly faces and a Caister crew or two
Happy 1st birthday ? whenever it?s due!

What to tell about this lady: amazing mood and she is "the one" when the subject its Soul Music. The opportunity to go on air with her was the experience of my life and I start missing words so... Hi Chris, I have posted most of my playlists on the Caister forum. Being a Radio presenter means that we have to keep a track of whats being played to pay licencing fees. I wasnt actually on the radio Sat night....Friday yes.....Glad you enjoyed it. Please comment on the caister forum if you like any of the sets by any DJ, this helps us to recognised which music is popular for the next weekender. Cheers

Hi Roni,I hope that you are well,thanx for the emails keeping me in touch,you are right,I am a bit slow with replying via the net.When we were on your radio show we were talking about an old Rick James cd called street songs-well santa turned up early with my copy-all the way from America as it was never released in that format in this country(wicked live disc also)Have a fab Xmas talk soon!!!!
